What you are buying
The catalog contains upper-tier replicas, not original brand items and not official merchandise. We say this openly because blurring the difference ends in disappointment when the parcel arrives.
Quality varies widely within this segment. We work with a limited circle of factories and take only items that pass our inspection: neat assembly, honest materials, a recognisable fit. Everything else simply does not make it into the catalog.
What we check
Seams & hardware
Stitch alignment, symmetry, zip movement, clasps, and buckles. Looseness or jamming is a reason to return the item to the supplier.
Fit & sizing
We compare the labelling with actual measurements: some brands run small or large, and we warn you before payment.
Contents
Box, dust bag, spare laces, cards, and everything stated in the description of the specific item.
If something is wrong
A defect or a mismatch with the description is our responsibility. Message a manager within 14 days of receiving the item and attach photos — we will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund.
How to choose a size
Size charts differ from brand to brand and, for shoes, from model to model. Before paying, send a manager your usual size and, if possible, your foot length in centimetres: they will compare it with the measurements of the specific item and advise whether to size up.
