How to order
Five steps from choosing a piece to receiving your parcel. The order is placed as a request, and a manager confirms availability, price, and delivery.

Choose a piece in the catalog
Open the women's or men's catalog and filter by category and brand. Each product page has photos, a description, and details.

Add the item to your cart
Choose the size or variant and tap “Add to cart”. You can add items without creating an account.

Place the order on the site
Open the cart, sign in, enter the recipient and delivery address — the request goes to a manager.

Wait for a manager to confirm
A manager will check availability, price, and delivery cost and contact you. They also arrange payment: the link comes from the manager or appears in your account.

Receive your parcel
After inspection, the item goes to the transport company. A manager confirms the delivery cost and sends the tracking number.
What to know in advance
- Delivery is paid separately. CDEK is paid before dispatch, Moscow express — when the order arrives at our Moscow warehouse; a manager agrees international delivery. See the Delivery.
- Confirm the size before paying. Brand size charts differ; a manager will compare them with the measurements of the specific item.
- If the item is unavailable — we will offer a replacement or refund your payment, see Returns & exchanges.
