Terms of use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the YeezyUnique website, including browsing the catalog, the account, the wishlist, the cart, and placing and paying for an order.

By using the site, registering, or placing an order, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them. If the user does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the site.

The site is intended for legally capable users. A person under the age of majority uses the site with the consent of their legal representative.

YeezyUnique provides access to an online catalog of clothing, shoes, bags, watches, and accessories. All items are made to order.

Images, descriptions, details, and prices are informational. The shade and individual details of an item may differ slightly because of screen settings, photography, or the production batch.

For items with a listed price, the user chooses a size and places an order on the site. For “price on request” items, a manager confirms the current price separately. A placed order reaches a manager as a request: they confirm availability, the final price, and the delivery cost.

To place an order, the user signs in through one of the available methods — Telegram, Yandex, or Google — chooses a size, and enters their full name, email, phone, city, street, building, and apartment. The postal code and delivery comment are optional.

A placed order receives the status “Awaiting manager confirmation”. A manager contacts the user, confirms availability and the final price, and opens the order for payment. The payment link is valid for 30 minutes; if payment is not completed, a new link can be obtained in the account.

If the selected item is unavailable, a manager may offer a replacement or cancel the request. Any replacement is made only with the user's consent.

Payment is made in rubles after a manager confirms the order — through the secure Platega payment form via a link that the manager sends to the user and that is also available in the account. The YeezyUnique site does not receive or store bank card details.

CDEK door delivery is available to Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Kyrgyzstan; express delivery is also available in Moscow; international delivery is available to other countries, with the method selected by a manager for the specific destination. Delivery is not included in the price of the items: for CDEK it is paid before dispatch, for Moscow express — when the order arrives at the Moscow warehouse, and for international delivery — in the manner agreed with a manager. Any customs duties and fees of the destination country are paid by the recipient.

The terms of return and exchange are published on a separate page of the site. These Terms do not limit the buyer's rights granted by applicable law.

The user undertakes to use the site lawfully, not to interfere with its operation, not to attempt unauthorized access to data, and not to use automated tools to place excessive load on the service.

The user is responsible for keeping access to their Telegram account secure and for actions performed using their credentials.

The texts, design, software code, and other materials of the site are protected by intellectual property law. Trademarks and product images belong to their respective rights holders.

Without the permission of the rights holder, it is prohibited to copy, distribute, resell, or use the site materials for commercial purposes, except where expressly permitted by law.

The administration strives to keep information available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security, or compliance with legal requirements.

The administration is not liable for failures of Telegram, payment services, telecom operators, or delivery services outside its control. This provision does not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law.

The processing of personal data, cookies, and technical information is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the site.

The administration may update these Terms. The new version takes effect when published on this page unless it states another date. Orders placed earlier are governed by the terms in effect when they were agreed.
