1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy describes what data may be processed when using the YeezyUnique website, for what purposes, and what rights the user has.
The Policy applies to the main YeezyUnique site and related Telegram storefront pages if they use the same forms, authorization, or services.
Separate consent to analytics cookies is requested through the cookie banner. Refusing analytics does not prevent the user from using the catalog, cart, wishlist, and other essential site functions.
2. Operator information and status of the document
The site operates under the YeezyUnique brand. As of the date of this version, the entrepreneur's registration details have not been finalized, so the document does not include a tax ID, registration number, or legal address. Inquiries are accepted at hello@yeezyunique.ru; no fictitious details have been deliberately added to this document.
This section is an open description of data processing but does not by itself replace the full name, address, and details of the operator once the business is registered. After the details appear, this Policy must be updated.
Until the details are published, data-related inquiries are accepted at hello@yeezyunique.ru and through a YeezyUnique manager on Telegram via the link in the “Contacts” section.
3. What data may be processed
When signing in through Telegram, the Telegram ID, name, username, avatar, provided phone number, selected contact channel, and other data provided by the user or necessary to verify authorization may be processed.
When placing a request or order, the full name, email, phone, city, street, building, apartment, postal code, delivery comment, selected items, sizes, price, order number, and payment status may be processed.
When contacting a manager on Telegram, the username, manual username, message content, item details, and contact data necessary to reply and support the request may be processed.
The IP address, date and time of the request, browser, device, operating system, page address, referral source, technical logs, cookies, and localStorage data may be processed automatically.
The site does not request passport data, bank details, documents, or photographs, except where the user sends them voluntarily or their processing is required by law or by a specific service.
4. Purposes and legal bases of processing
Data is processed to operate the site, authorize users, maintain the account, save the cart and wishlist, process requests, conclude and perform orders, arrange delivery and payment, and communicate with the user.
Technical data is processed to protect the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, maintain operation, and investigate incidents.
Analytics data is processed only after the user makes a separate choice in the cookie banner. If the user refuses, analytics must not be sent to Yandex Metrica or the internal statistics system.
Depending on the specific scenario, the legal bases are actions taken at the user's request before concluding a contract, performance of a contract or request, separate user consent, legal requirements, and necessary measures to ensure site security.
5. Transfer to third parties and services
YeezyUnique does not sell personal data. Data may be transferred only to the extent necessary to operate the site and fulfil a request or order.
Such recipients may include Telegram for authorization and communication, the YeezyUnique API and CRM, hosting providers and technical contractors, Yandex Metrica after consent to analytics, the Platega payment service when payment is enabled, and delivery services involved in a specific order.
Transfer of data to government bodies, courts, law enforcement agencies, and other persons is permitted only in the cases and manner provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The current list of suppliers, their roles, processing locations, and any cross-border transfer must be confirmed by a separate audit of the infrastructure and contracts. After such an audit, this Policy must be updated.
6. Cookies and local storage
The site uses essential technical cookies and localStorage for authorization, request protection, the cart, the wishlist, the selected catalog, and saving the cookie setting.
Yandex Metrica and internal statistics are enabled only after clicking “Accept analytics”. The “Essential only” button disables analytics collection while the main site functions continue to work.
A detailed list of keys, purposes, and retention periods is published on the /cookies page. The user can also delete cookies and localStorage data in their browser settings.
7. Storage and protection
Data is stored no longer than necessary for the stated purposes, order fulfilment, legal obligations, and resolution of possible disputes. Once the purposes are achieved, data is deleted, anonymized, or blocked unless further storage is required by law.
The administration takes organizational and technical measures to protect data from unlawful access, modification, disclosure, blocking, loss, and destruction. Access is granted only to participants who need it for the site, CRM, delivery, or support.
Specific retention periods, database locations, and the list of contractors must be fixed in the operator's internal documents after the business is registered and the infrastructure is audited.
8. User rights and inquiries
The user may request information about the processing of their data, demand correction of inaccurate data, withdraw consent, refuse analytics, request restriction of processing, or ask for deletion if further storage is not required by law or for order fulfilment.
To make a request, message a YeezyUnique manager on Telegram. It is advisable to include the username or other information that helps locate the request. To prevent disclosure to third parties, identity and account ownership may need to be confirmed.
Analytics cookies can be refused independently on the /cookies page. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal and does not stop storage required by law or for an active order.
9. Incident response
If unlawful or accidental access to personal data, transfer, disclosure, loss, or destruction is detected, the administration records the incident, restricts further access, preserves the information necessary for investigation, and assesses the consequences.
If statutory notification periods apply to a specific incident, the initial notification to the authorized body is sent within 24 hours of discovery, and clarifying information and investigation results within 72 hours. The procedure for notifying users depends on the nature of the incident and legal requirements.
After the business is registered, the response procedure, responsible persons, communication channels, and notification forms must be fixed in the operator's internal documents and aligned with the actual configuration of information systems.
10. Changes to the Policy
This version was prepared on 4 August 2026. The Policy must be updated when the operator's details are registered, new services are connected, the purposes or scope of processing change, or legislation changes.
The new version takes effect when published on this page unless it states another date. The date of the current version is shown at the bottom of the page.
11. Contacts
For questions about data processing, contact a YeezyUnique manager on Telegram.
